Respect and honesty
Harassment, threats, hateful or unlawful content, deception and impersonation are prohibited. Describe experience, qualifications, pricing and conditions honestly. Do not promise guaranteed test results or earnings.
Permission to share
Use educational materials with appropriate permission. Do not publish others’ information, images or voices without necessary authorization. Agree any recording with participants before a class begins. Keep credentials, identity documents and financial details out of posts and messages.
Content-rights reports
For a copyright concern, email the content link/reference, an explanation of your rights and contact details. Do not post sensitive evidence publicly. Luna may restrict content breaching the rules and request relevant information to review the concern.
Reporting and review
Use in-app reporting or support email. Depending on the issue, content or account access may be restricted. Send a reason and relevant reference to request review. Deliberately false reports or using reporting to harass others are not acceptable.
