Visit analytics
Google Analytics automatically measures visits to public pages, traffic sources and campaign labels such as Instagram or LinkedIn. Google also processes technical browser and device data. Luna’s page-view events exclude messages, form contents, email addresses, sign-in tokens and private account paths. Google may process data outside your country. Personalized advertising and Google Signals are disabled in this integration.
Your account and activity
We use your name, email, contact number if provided, language, time zone, preferences and profile information to provide your account. Class requests, schedules, attendance, placement results, messages and uploaded resources support the features you use. Share only information relevant to your request.
What is public?
Published teacher profiles, class offerings and public posts are visible to visitors and may be reshared. Teacher-review evidence is restricted to the applicant and authorized reviewers. Private messages and resources depend on participation and access rights. Your account contact number is visible only to you and Luna administrators. Keep private contact details and identity documents out of public profiles.
Why we use information
We use information for sign-in, educational coordination, evidence review, support, abuse prevention and handling lawful requests. We do not sell private content for advertising. Agreement to promotional messages must not be a condition of having an account.
Service providers
Luna operates the server that stores account information, messages and files. Transactional email and visit analytics providers may process the information needed to provide their services outside your country. Telegram links are subject to Telegram’s own policies.
Browser storage and email
Your sign-in session and some onboarding drafts are stored in your browser. Appearance and Iris-guide preferences may also persist. Sign out and clear drafts on shared devices. Manage optional activity emails in Account → Security; sign-in and recovery emails are needed for access. See the cookies and storage policy for details.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed for the service, security, disputes or legal obligations. Account deletion does not necessarily erase shared class records or backups immediately. Contact support for deletion; relevant limits will be explained for your request.
Your choices and requests
Edit your profile and preferences in your account. Email support to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern about data use. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your account; never send a password or sign-in code.
Conceptual imagery
Iris is a fictional guide. Conceptual campaign imagery, including AI-generated images, does not identify real teachers or learners.
