Professional plan and launch offer
The Luna Verified branding plan costs 1,000,000 toman (10,000,000 IRR) per month. Online checkout is not active; arrange activation or renewal with support. There is no automatic charge or renewal. Teacher accounts created October 17–23, 2026 inclusive, in Tehran time receive one calendar month of complimentary access from signup. The badge and premium resources require current credential approval and active access. Article publication and indexing eligibility also require a public profile; paid or free access does not approve credentials. Search engines decide indexing. Educational-team coaching is arranged with the team; Iris coaching is an upcoming option and is not currently provided. When access ends, premium features and public article visibility stop; drafts and review history are retained. Mandatory consumer rights remain as described in the cancellations and refunds policy.
Iris study and teaching assistant
Iris supports English study, English teaching, teacher branding and essential Luna help. Student basic access is free with 10 daily requests. Student Iris Plus costs 1,000,000 toman/month; the teacher Verified + Iris Plus bundle costs 3,000,000 toman/month, each with 100 daily requests. Provider limits and Luna’s shared ceilings also apply; daily quotas reset at midnight in Tehran. Plus has no free trial or automatic charge; arrange payment with support. Iris can make mistakes: review teaching materials. Publishing, messaging and supported class changes require your confirmation. Requests and selected documents are sent to the AI provider for processing. Account context and persistent memory are separately optional; conversations are not automatically shared with teachers or other users. Delete memory and documents through Iris privacy controls. Verified promotion means rotating featured placement inside Luna, without external advertising spend or guaranteed Google rankings. AI remains off until an eligible connection is configured and the owner enables it.
Authentic accounts
Meet the requirements shown during signup and provide accurate information to create an account. Protect your credentials and do not use another person’s account. Institution representatives must have authority to act for their organization.
Luna and independent teachers
Luna provides tools for discovery, communication and educational coordination. Independent teachers are responsible for accurate descriptions of their experience, materials, prices, schedules, delivery and offer conditions. A listing does not imply employment by or agency for Luna.
Requests, confirmation and payment
A request is not a confirmed booking; the teacher must accept it. The response window ends 24 hours after requesting or one hour before class, whichever is earlier. Luna online payments are not active; financial arrangements are directly between participants. Confirm the full price, currency and conditions before committing.
Cancellations and consumer rights
Coordination windows and lesson credits are explained in the cancellations and payments policy. No in-app deadline removes mandatory legal withdrawal, refund or remedy rights. Keep a durable record of the agreement before paying.
Your content and others’ rights
You retain ownership of your content. Uploading grants Luna the non-exclusive permission needed to store it, display it to your chosen audience and provide the service. Publish only materials you have rights to use; obtain necessary permission for people’s images, voices and class recordings.
Review and placement limits
Luna Verified reflects an evidence review within its stated scope; it is not a guarantee of learning outcomes, official accreditation or employment. Placement estimates grammar, vocabulary and reading; it is not a certificate or a complete speaking and listening assessment.
Conduct and moderation
Fraud, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure are prohibited. Content or accounts breaching the rules may be restricted. Use reporting tools or support email to report concerns or request review of a decision; do not send sensitive information.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance or errors may interrupt the service; uninterrupted access and specific learning outcomes are not guaranteed. Each party remains responsible for its obligations. These terms do not exclude or limit responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Updates and contact
The version date appears above. Material changes should be communicated appropriately before taking effect. Contact support with questions about these terms or a dispute; your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
