Access controls
The production site uses HTTPS. Private requests require authentication and role/access checks. Private files use controlled access and short-lived links. Teacher-review documents are not public. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
Protect your account
Use a strong, unique password, check the lunaacademy.ir domain and never share a sign-in code. Support will not ask for your password or code. Sign out and clear drafts on shared devices; do not forward private-file links.
Report a security concern
If you suspect account access, recover your password and contact support. Email vulnerability concerns with “Security” in the subject and minimal relevant reproduction details. Do not access others’ data, perform destructive tests or publish private information. This page does not authorize penetration testing.
Handling incidents
Reports are reviewed to limit harm and address the issue. Affected people and authorities will be notified where legally required. Follow up in the same email thread without sending sensitive data.
